In this essay I intend to pose the problem of a reconstruction that is simultaneously confronted with the techno-scientific power as destruction of ethical and poetic potentialities and with the pretensions of absolute sovereignty whose fighting against uncertainty produces social practices and politics of identity equally aimed at control and exclusion.
