BETWEEN TEACHING AND EXTENSION EXPERIENCES: NARRATIVE OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Abstract

This writing is a narrative between experiences, which narrates different possibilities and ways of being present in Networks, in order to develop another dimension of care, with the contribution of creative, constructive, inclusive virtual spaces in health and education.  In 2020, the Extension Project “Between: Crafts of Difference”, by the Faculty of Education, Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, welcomed health professionals, researchers, workshops, professors, students and scholarship holders from North to South of Brazil. This movement was an invitation to be together, to be in a circle, and in conversation, collaborating with the University's internal and external community. This Extension Project offered and will continue to offer the community a potentially open, flexible and inclusive space. At the moment when we study and demand the curricularization of extension in graduation, this Project brings narratives, practical and innovative possibilities for the university scenario, inseparable from teaching, extension and research at the University, given the reports of undergraduate students highlighted in this text.
