Abstract

Interview carried out by Dra. Poliana Alves (UFU) with bass-baritone Licio Bruno, doctoral candidate at Programa de Pós-Graduação em Música (PPGMUS–UFMG). Considerations about his dynamics as a soloist in operas, symphonic concerts, Art Song recitals and, also, about his teaching at the Faculdade de Música do Espírito Santo – FAMES and at Coletivo das Artes show us how fruitful his trajectory has been as one of the most respected national soloists . His notes on vocal technique, plus information on the dynamics of work in theaters, whether in opera premieres or chamber recitals, constitute a solid incentive for young students of operatic singing.
