Abstract

The antecedent work norms refer to any guidance given to the worker to carry out his activity. According to ergology, such norms are subject to interpretations and resingularizations by the worker, who, when carrying out a task, takes into account not only what is prescribed, but, above all, the concrete conditions of the working space at the time of carrying out the activity. In this way, the worker not only executes, but also manages the work rules, according to his values, his personal beliefs and other material or immaterial constituents, of a physical and psychological order, which involve both the work space and its agents. In this sense, the work performed will never be the same as the prescribed work, since renormalization is part of any activity...
