PERCEPTION DU RISQUE PROFESSIONNEL DES TECHNICIENS ADMINISTRATIFS DANS L'ÉDUCATION DE L'UMA UNIVERSIDADE PÚBLICA BRAZILIRA

Résumé

Les objectifs de cette étude sont d'identifier les caractéristiques sociodémographiques et professionnelles associées aux indices de perception du risque dans le processus de travail d'une équipe multidisciplinaire de techniciens administratifs en éducation dans une université publique brésilienne ; identifier les conditions de santé, de vie et de travail professionnel ; Analyser la perception du risque ergonomique lié aux tâches répétitives, au travail dans la même position pendant de longues périodes et à la poursuite du travail en présence de sommeil/blessure. Un échantillon a été analysé à l’aide de questionnaires sociodémographiques et sur les facteurs de travail. Il existe une association significative entre l'état de santé physique régulier et le bruit faible/faible avec le facteur de risque d'exécution de tâches répétitives (p=0,019 et p=0,044). Travailler dans le même poste pendant de longues périodes a montré des associations significatives avec un état de santé physique régulier ou en ruine/très ruiné (p=0,011 et p=0,004), avec un faible âge (p=0,027) et des heures sans ordinateur (p<0,001). ). Continuer à travailler lorsqu'on est avec quelqu'un ou moins montre une association significative avec un état de santé physique régulier (p=0,031). L'état de santé physique des deux agents techniques administratifs de l'enseignement universitaire était variable dans la mesure où ils étaient les plus associés aux facteurs de risque validés, et le facteur de risque le plus prédominant était le travail de deux techniciens qui effectuaient des travaux dans le même position pendant de longues périodes de tempo.
