Résumé

Este estudo apresenta a possível estrutura da representação social de trabalho docente elaborada por professores de Curso de Pedagogia: no núcleo central este compromisso. Isto sugere que embora execute inúmeras funções, o compromisso com a formação pessoal e social e com o processo de aprendizagem de seus alunos e o cerne de seu trabalho.
