Special Issue: Paul Feyerabend and the History and Philosophy of Science
Paul Feyerabend (1924-2024) was a renowned philosopher of science known for his influential contributions to the field, his controversial ideas on science and philosophy, and the relationship between science and society. His most (in)famous book, Against Method (1975), has shaken the grounds of university, philosophy and science, changing definitely the way we understand them. His work influenced great philosophers, such as Lakatos, Kuhn, Latour, Chang and many others. As was once said, Feyerabend is one of the four main philosophers of science of the twentieth century, and since last year we have celebrated the centennial anniversary of his birth; this event gives us all a perfect opportunity to honour him with this special issue.
