O ordenamento jurídico brasileiro e a evolução no tratamento dos resíduos sólidos

Resumo

Resumo: Com o presente trabalho busca-se estudar e analisar a evolução da legislação sobre resíduos sólidos face ao grande número de normas existentes. A preocupação com a questão ambiental na atualidade leva à necessidade de adequado tratamento dos resíduos gerados pelo homem. Analisou-se num primeiro momento a proteção ambiental conforme a Constituição Federal considerando-se conceito, classificação e impactos. Num segundo momentos, a legislação, considerando-se convenções internacionais e normas específicas brasileiras. Para tanto a metodologia utilizada foi a hermenêutica jurídica, dedutiva, monográfica e comparativa.

The brazilian law and the evolution in the treatment of solid waste

Abstract: With this work we seek to study and analyze the evolution of legislation on solid waste compared to the large number of existing standards. The concern with environmental issues nowadays leads to appropriate treatment of the waste generated by man. Analyzed at first environmental protection as the Federal Constitution considering the concept, classification and impacts. In a second time, legislation, considering Brazilian international conventions and specific rules. For both the methodology used was legal, deductive, monographic and comparative hermeneutics.
