Learning diaries were collected by death “Elementary II” students belonging to an inclusive school and part of a Bilingual Educational Program. Based on an index analysis of such diaries, we focused on the dialogue between the teacher and the students found the diaries texts, focusing on the characteristics and the intentions presented in the dialogues, as well as the changes that occurred in the students' texts. The results indicated that the diaries were constituted by enunciation and learning language tools of the deaf’ written language. The writing ability, as a semiotic means of constitution and expression of the person, supported both the communication skill and the knowledge’s production about second language writing. In addition, it mediates the conversion of meaning processes into internal processes which form the basis of the consciousness.
