In the 1980’s a new way of the world arise. Three elements start to structure the power disputes. They are the neoliberalism, the globalization and the internet, which, with technical transformations, led to another social stratification. This paper debates the possibilities of an alter-globalization movement. This mobilization would articulate public space and network, local and global, and subvert the dominant order using its own tools. This resistance would operate in a network, fighting for narratives and escaping from surveillance. Do these brand new social movements create a space of autonomy or are they swallowed up by capitalism adjustments? This paper seeks to enlighten these issues spotlighting the Spanish 15M, which articulates other uprising of the new cycle of protest, as Occupy Wall Street and 2013 movements in Brazil.
