Abstract - The proposal of this paper is to problematize the relationship of the globalized group of Hackers – activists Anonymous in Latin America, specifically in three contemporary events of our continent, the new penguin revolt in Chile, the June days in Brazil And the 132 movement in Mexico. This recurrence occurs at a time whose relations find in the digital dimension a reference to more analysis. So the rebellion also gains new dimensions, different forms of action, where hackers and cyber activists present us with new configurations in the actions of the deterritorialized multitudes that are placed in anonymity, technopolitics, procomun and in constant connection.
