Imaginary and society: evolution of children's ideaIs and interests in Minas Gerais
Abstract
Surveys from 1929 to 1944 on reading preferences made amongst Belo Horizonte junior fourth grade students are repeated in 1993 amongst a population with age between 9 and 16 years, discriminated by social and economical level if private school student, (A), or if state school,(C). By a comparative analysis between present and former results, it was noticed how the historical context and the social environment circumscribe the books available for the students choice.Downloads
