The RBPEC Regulations were drafted collectively and govern the organization and operation of the journal. This document addresses ABRAPEC's responsibility for publishing the journal and its characterization as an open-access digital journal, published annually, indexed and preserved in several databases. It also covers the objectives, the competencies of the Editorial Board and the Scientific Council, their composition, and their four-year term, which may be renewed.
