Education for health from the point of view of nursing students

In this work we analyze the importance of health education as experienced by nursing students. The research is based on valuing health education in the current social context, carrying out a historical review of its appearance in Brazil. We also dealt with the relation of health education with the higher education institutions. Quantitative and qualitative research was used in this work, seeking to investigate the perception of these subjects in the context of the subject Education of Health. The results found show an important perception of the subjects for the "constitution" of the nurse, both professional and personal, The work is concluded by raising issues on the attitude and conduct of higher education institutions in the face of Health Education.Downloads
