Discussion of the concept of noosphere and its integration to other spheres of life and matter in the context of integral ecology, examining the concept of noodiversity and the sciences of consciousness. How the new information technologies with internet and social networks enable connections that foster mutual breeding and various types of relationships between people and ideas are considered. Showing how this increased connectivity produces a synergistic effect that helps expand the boundaries of human consciousness and transform noosphere, we conclude that it is necessary to value diversity, to ensure freedom of expression and, at the same time, to achieve human unity through convergences and projects of collective interest.
