Abstract

Urban mobility involves actions in a space, using a time and moving a body. The space plays an important role in the analysis of mobility, but this article is about how the mobility times can transform the space, changing speeds, shorting distances or setting rhythms. To change the tendency of the time to be reduce by the compulsory use of space, the text shows propositions for a theory and examples of policies and practices that trying to raise the time to a category of analysis and action. The time has several possibilities of reflection and transformation of political or poetic actions, but first of all, we need to think about it.
