The objective of this study is to describe educational actions on the relationship between racial discrimination and health in adolescents. This is an experience report based on the practical experience of the “Discrimina Não” Project, developed between August 2022 and August 2023, by students of the Dentistry Course at the University of Pernambuco with high school teenagers from public schools in the metropolitan region from Recife/PE. The educational actions were based on the principles of action research, which had the strategy of an educational workshop to promote greater involvement and participation among adolescents. Additionally, an account was created on the social network Instagram (@discriminanaoupe) to publicize the project's activities and inform society about the topic. The activities reached 322 teenagers in schools. The following topics were discussed in the workshops: the concept of racial discrimination, racist terms, health consequences of violence, how to combat racism and “call 180”. The educational-participatory method encouraged reports of discrimination experienced by participants and people close to them. The extension workers’ experience in health education activities on racial discrimination and school health proved to be relevant, enabling the team to acquire new skills.
