Em 2012, a editora Pulo do Gato publicou o livro Ouvir nas entrelinhas – o valor da escuta nas práticas de leitura, de Cecilia Bajour. A autora argentina já era bastante conhecida entre os professores preocupados com a formação de leitores no Brasil por suas falas em eventos da área e por sua atuação na Revista Emília.1Nos quatro ensaios que compõem o livro, Bajour se preocupa com a escuta ativa dos mediadores de leitura, vista como um ato democrático, e com a importância da escolha de obras vigorosas e abertas para a sala de aula e para outros espaços formativos.
