In the XI and XIV centuries – in the historical context of the development of the troubadour’s movements – the East Europe knew a new sensibility’s form that would be known by the name of Court’s Love. The troubadour’s poetry, the court romances and even the “lifes” of the medieval troubadours were the principal vehicles of this new system of practices and representations. Several theories have been trying to understand the origins and significations of this singular medieval phenomenon. The subject of this article will be to discuss and examine the relations between the poetry of the medieval troubadours and the Court’s Love, as also the theoretical positions related to this question.
