This essay aims to analyze the spectacular/dramatic text Erê para toda a vida ou a grande omodé (2015), from Bando de Teatro Olodum, regarding their political images. For that, I adopt the concepts of image used by Didi-Huberman and Benjamin and I proceed from the understanding of the spectacular/dramatic text studied as a powerful resistance to the black youth genocide addressed in the play, as of the aesthetic creation.
