Resumo: Autor reconhecido e famoso por seus estudos psicológicos sobre o nascimento do amor, Pierre Marivaux escreve em 1750 uma peça, La Colonie, que nos oferece bastante material de reflexão sobre a função crítica da arte em geral e do teatro em particular, naquele momento tão turbulento e importante da História da França.

Résumé: Auteur de grande renommée grâce à ses études psychologiques sur la naissance de l’amour, Pierre Marivaux écrit en 1750 une piece, La Colonie, qui nous offre un sujet de réflexion théorique assez vaste sur la fonction critique de l’art en général aussi bien que du théâtre en particulier, dans ce moment si bouleversant et si important de l’Histoire de France.
