This article discusses many problems concerning the research in social sciences, especially the limitations in conceptualizations and the use of categories in the analyses of the social phenomena. The incorporation of the concepts historicity is defended not only as a methodologys need but as something fundamental to the political dimension of the construction of knowledge.
