Profetismo bíblico e direitos humanos. Linguagem sequestrada, gramáticas em disputa e horizontes de justiça comunitária

O artigo sustenta que o paradigma que vincula o profetismo bíblico à fundamentação dos direitos humanos apresenta sinais inequívocos de esgotamento teórico e prático. A partir da análise das divergências estruturais entre a gramática jurídica dos direitos — individualista, simétrica, formalmente universalista e secular — e a estrutura do discurso profético — comunitário, assimétrico, teológico e dialeticamente particular-universal —, o texto reconstrói a genealogia dessa articulação, do pós-guerra aos impasses contemporâneos, e identifica cinco fraturas que a comprometem: epistêmica, hermenêutica, antropológica, política e filosófica. Em contrapartida, propõe uma reorientação que situa a tradição profética não como fundamento dos direitos, mas como instância crítica das idolatrias sociais e como cultivo de práticas comunitárias de justiça restaurativa.
