This article argues that the paradigm linking biblical prophetism to the foundation of human rights shows unequivocal signs of theoretical and practical exhaustion. Through an analysis of the structural divergences between the legal grammar of rights and the structure of prophetic discourse, the text reconstructs the genealogy of this articulation from the postwar period to contemporary impasses, and identifies five fractures that compromise it: epistemic, hermeneutic, anthropological, political and philosophical. It proposes instead a reorientation that situates the prophetic tradition not as a foundation for rights, but as a critical instance against social idolatries and as cultivation of communal practices of restorative justice.
