Going through the micro-stories of Missing Animals, by Lyslei Nascimento, is a invitation and a challenge to travel through the future of an anthropocene, a new period in the history of the Planet, “in which the human being became the driver of environmental degradation and the vector of actions that are catalysts of a probable ecological catastrophe”, according to José Eustáquio Diniz Alves, based on the degree of destructive impact of human activities on the nature, evaluated by the Nobel Prize in Chemistry (1995) Paul Crutzen.
