The proposal presented here is a doctoral research project that aims to contribute to the training of new researchers and the expansion of research activities in Basic Education. Design Science Research will be used, a prescriptive methodology for problem solving that begins with a Systematic Literature Review. The project foresees the implementation of the PKP-OCS as a system for the management of research activities in schools in Belo Horizonte and the realization of workshops for teachers and students on Elaboration of Research Projects, Production and Submission of works on the OCS platform; Formatting scientific articles, Register the update on the LATTES Platform and Tools for research productivity. As a result, a technological contribution to Basic Education is expected, which, together with the development of the skills of teachers and students for scientific production, will strengthen a critical thinking of Brazilian science and effectively provide an advance in scientific and technological development.
