Comparison of possibilities for information retrieval in biomedical terminologies

Information representation went through many stages until it reached where humanity is now, in an environment where digital representation prevails. Period marked by the great production of information, and also the need for its recovery with precision. In this context, the publication of scientific articles has increased significantly in the academic environment. This has been the most used medium for scientific communication and is receiving increasing prominence in the recognition models both in work in academia, as well as in practical development initiatives in the job market. When considering this perspective, instruments of organization and representation of knowledge also become important in Information Retrieval from the possibility of expanding queries, which can be a method for researching scientific articles belonging to the same theme that the instrument represents.
