In the health area, there are several challenges in establishing mechanisms that standardize the performance of professionals and that promote integration between the systems used. Ontologies are artifacts aimed at representing knowledge with a potential to assist in initiatives in this regard. With the support of technologies based on artificial intelligence, it is possible to provide effective tools in solving problems in this context. This work seeks to define the structure of a semantic model based on domain ontologies that support the implementation of a conversation system aimed at providing answers to questions in the health area, focusing on the diagnosis of diseases and the classification of other health problems. The proposal involves terminological bases such as the International Classification of Diseases (CID) and the Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine - Clinical Terms (SNOMED CT).
