Information and digital literacies required for engagement in digital environment

This article is a Systematic Literature Review with the aim of analysing academic-scientific production on the information and digital competences needed to work in digital environments. Initially, an exploratory documentary search was carried out in the CAPES and Web of Science databases to identify the number of scientific articles published on this subject in the last six years. Of the 116 articles initially surveyed, a qualitative analysis was carried out using content analysis, resulting in the selection of 26 articles for more in-depth analysis. In addition to presenting the information and digital competences needed to work in cyberspace, reflections were made on the subject. It was concluded that the aim of the study was achieved. However, some limitations were identified. The first refers to the difficulty in locating the articles and understanding the concepts, due to the variety of terminologies used to represent the phenomena, many of which were known only after reading the articles.. Another limitation concerns the fact that the study was carried out in only two databases.
