Alternative practices in the training of university teachers

In recent years, the pedagogical training of university professors has had a growing interest in recognition of his impact on the quality of students’ learning experiences. This time, the focus is a training device developed in the framework of the Teacher’s Career of the Faculty of Dentistry of the University of Buenos Aires, carried out by teachers of the institution that are ending the training program. The particularity of this experience is that those teachers still in training performed to his time a brief practice of training of an institutional actor that presents features idiosyncratic specific: the university teacher who begins this task in the position which he was recently incorporated.
