Proposal of systematization of the integration training for the nursing team from the ambulatory of the Clinical Hospital - UFMG

This study had as a goal to diagnose the difficulties of transferring nurse professionals to the Ambulatory of the Clinical Hospital-UFMG with the purpose of developing an integration training proposal for this sections. It can be justified by the fact of these professionals having difficulties of adaptation to the Ambulatory. The nursing employees transferred to the Ambulatory since 1996, answered a questionnaire with two questions. The employees realized that there isn't any formal training and pointed as one of the difficulties, the unknown activities of the Ambulatory. It is hoped that the proposal developed contributes for the effective follow up of the employees performance, seeking this employees adaptation to the Ambulatory, his or hers satisfaction and productivity.Downloads
