Abstract

O artigo examina a relação entre a atual fase da globalização e os desafios que ela apresenta para o multiculturalismo. O artigo explora os deslocamentos que ocorreram no campo da arte em razão da globalização e discute suas implicações para a arte/educação pós-moderna.

  • Dipti Desai, New York University
    Associate Professor and Director of the Graduate Art Education Program at New York University.   She has published widely on the politics of multicultural art education, critical pedagogy, and social justice art education and received grants including a Specialist Fulbright.
