The article discusses the project Caracteres Geológicos Peculiares, developed at the Encuentro Internacional de Medellín, in 2007. In collaboration with Ana Paula Cohen and Gabriel Sierra, the work reconcieves the Library of the Museu de Antioquia and opens a dialogue with another local institution, the Museu de Mineralogia Tulio Ospina.
