GÊNEROS E ESTILOS EM ANÁLISE DO TRABALHO: CONCEITOS E MÉTODOS | Genres and styles in analysis of work: concepts and methods

Resumo

As a starting point, this article deals with the difference to be made between the forecast and reality. A design for the organization of work is suggested as a matter of responsability of the staff: the genre of job. Concerning the latter one, the style of the particular action deals with the matter not by denying the genre but by the way of its development. The authors suggests, by crossed selfconfrontation, a clinical method trying to test these ideas.

Neste artigo, a partir de uma discussão sobre a distinção entre o prescrito e o real, é proposta uma conceituação do trabalho de organização assumido pelos coletivos: o gênero do métier. Com relação a este último, o estilo da ação singular libera o sujeito não pela negação do gênero, mas por meio de seu desenvolvimento. Os autores propõem, com a autoconfrontação cruzada, um método clínico que põe à prova esses conceitos.
