Abstract

The essay discusses the dismantling of the State and its social and educational policies, especially in the context of the pandemic and post-pandemic. The analysis is structured around the following points: In political times, which state would we be in tense disputes? Of a selective State of Human Rights? Times of the State of Human Rights dismantled? What Market State, of Capital impose again? Which democratic traditions were dismantled and which authoritarian traditions were impose agains? What resistance to affirming a State of Human Rights recognizing Others reaffirms themselves as human? Resisting decreed human commodities?
