Abstract

This article aims at a reflection on the eating conduct of the Pass over Jewish holiday from the reading of the book Food, morals and meaning: the pleasure and anxiety of eating, by John Coveney, where the author tries to understand, based on the work of Michael Foucault, subjectivity of the subjects related to food and the symbols attributed to it.
