Formação em Educação para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável: um estudo com professores de Ciências da Natureza

Este trabalho tem como objetivo investigar contribuições e limitações de um curso de formação orientado para a Educação para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável no desenvolvimento profissional de professores de Ciências da Natureza - Que evidências indicam contribuições e limitações da proposta de formação analisada? O trabalho empírico baseou-se em um estudo de natureza qualitativa, e os dados foram coletados a partir de registros dos professores no Ambiente Virtual de Aprendizagem do curso, bem como por meio da aplicação de um questionário e da realização de entrevista semiestruturada. Para a organização dos dados utilizou-se de procedimentos definidos para pesquisa qualitativa, e, na análise e interpretação dos mesmos, a técnica de Análise de Conteúdo. Para tanto, definiu-se a matriz de categorias ou unidades de registro, a partir da revisão de literatura, em que se considerou como referência os resultados do projeto CSCT, assim como os documentos do curso de formação analisado. Resultados parciais da pesquisa indicam contribuições no domínio de conhecimento e ação orientados para a Educação para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável, no entanto, limitações também foram identificadas.
