O tempo de aprendizagem ativo nas aulas de educação física em cinco escolas particulares de porto alegre, RS
Abstract
O presente trabalho teve como primeiro propósito investigar a distribuição percentual em termos de utilização do tempo nas aulas de Educação Física em cinco escolas particulares de Porto Alegre, RS. As escolas concordaram com a filmagem de duas aulas de Educação Física de uma mesma turma da 7ª série do Ensino Fundamental. O tempo de aprendizagem ativa, o tempo de espera, o tempo de instrução e o tempo administrativo foram obtidos através de filmagens e analisados a partir dos registros feitos em um protocolo de codificação de uso do tempo na aula. Os resultados encontrados demonstraram que, para a amostra total observada, o tempo gasto com espera foi de 44,9%, com instrução, 8,6% e com administração, 16,5%, restando para a aprendizagem ativa um tempo de 29,9% do total da aula. O tempo de aprendizagem ativo não é a única variável que afeta a aprendizagem, mas considera-se que com um engajamento tão baixo na atividade dificilmente as crianças irão valorizar a prática de atividade física no futuro.
