Com a publicação deste número, encerramos nosso primeiro ano completo na
editoria da RBPEC. Ao longo deste tempo, algumas ações foram essenciais para que a RBPEC fosse publicada pontualmente e apresentasse a seus leitores artigos de qualidade.Em especial, destacamos: a recomposição do corpo editorial e do corpo de árbitros; a definição de novos critérios de análise de submissões; a migração do site para o Portal de Periódicos da UFMG; a produção de novos tutoriais para autores e árbitros; a utilização
de softwares de auxílio à detecção de plágio; a abertura de possibilidade de publicação de artigos em dois idiomas; e o constante diálogo com autores e árbitros.
