Abstract

Contextualizing the place of teaching from family formation to professional performance was the objective of this experience report. I am a management teacher who was surprised by provocations about the official plan versus profession versus vocation in the exercise of my formation. Although I have not gotten a pedagogical training focused on teaching, I have devoted myself to studying the place and object of education as a construction of professors' professionalism. The awakening of opinions and theories throughout of the discipline Knowledge and Professionalism built a net of emotions and perceptions that instigated a brief memorial in which the discovery of my craft and its construction in profession played the part of questioning to what extent we graduates have a formative seal for actuation and training of other professionals in the academic area.

Doutoranda em Administração pela UFPE, com linha de pesquisa em Organização e Sociedade, Redes Sociotécnicas, Competências Profissionais e Trabalho (RSCPT). Professora de Administração no IFPE, pesquisadora na área de Ensino e Pesquisa Docente, Profissionalidade e Profissionalização Docentes, Competências Docentes e Desenvolvimento Profissional. Perspectivas freireanas e dialógicas no processo de formação, bem como pautadas na epistemologia da prática, também são seus objetos de pesquisa.
