La teoría de los valores humanos en la formación inicial
una revisión sistemática

Los valores humanos, según el modelo circunflejo de Schwartz, funcionan como principios orientadores de los juicios y las decisiones en la esfera de la vida académica y profesional de los individuos. En este sentido, este estudio analizó artículos empíricos sobre valores humanos en la formación inicial en diferentes programas de grado, abarcando contextos nacionales e internacionales. Además, buscamos comprender cómo se aborda la teoría de valores en las investigaciones realizadas en esta etapa de formación y explorar las interrelaciones con otras variables pertinentes. Esta revisión sistemática siguió el protocolo PRISMA, utilizando estrategias de búsqueda en bases de datos relevantes, dando como resultado la identificación de 14 estudios en bases de datos relevantes. El análisis reveló variabilidad en las aproximaciones sobre la educación en valores, destacando su importancia para fomentar conductas éticas y mejorar las intervenciones pedagógicas. Sin embargo, se identificó la ausencia de estudios específicos sobre la realidad brasileña dentro de los criterios adoptados, lo que evidencia lagunas a abordar en futuras investigaciones. De esta forma, se identificó la necesidad de una educación en valores más estructurada en los currículos de educación superior, a partir de los contextos analizados, así como direcciones para futuras investigaciones.
