Abstract

The creative process of the work/installation Entrelinhas is discussed in this paper considering the recognition of space through experience with images. These images refer both to the ones produced at the Centro Cultural Casarão, in the city of Campinas, during the creation of the work, and to images that stimulate the retrieval and production of memories related to this geographical context. The discussion is guided initially by an individual work, in depth in this paper, and subsequently its unfolding in a 360º immersive video installation, in a collective proposal for the Manacás space.

Author Biographies

  • Carolina Peres, PUC Campinas

    Pesquisadora de pós-doutorado no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Linguagens, Mídia e Arte na PUC de Campinas (período de 2022-2024). Mestra e Doutora em Artes pelo Instituto de Artes da UNESP, linha de pesquisa Processos e Procedimentos Artísticos. Bacharel em Comunicação Social com habilitação em Produção Editorial pela Universidade Anhembi Morumbi (1999) e bacharel e licenciada em Dança e Movimento pela Universidade Anhembi Morumbi (2007) com curso de formação específica em Produção Cultural em Dança (2006). Dentro do contexto das Artes, dedica-se à produção e pesquisa em fotografia e pesquisa sobre a obra do filósofo francês Gilbert Simondon. Tem publicado artigos e capítulos de livros com abordagem voltada principalmente ao estudo da imagem, processos inventivos e tecnoestética. É autora do livro "Imagem-experiência: uma abordagem do processo inventivo em fotografia em diálogo com Gilbert Simondon" (2024), publicação decorrente de sua tese de doutorado (editora Dialética).

    Professora Permanente do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Arquitetura e Urbanismo da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas. Consultora Ad Hoc da CAPES, CNPq e FAPESP. Membro do Grupo de Pesquisa Estudos Urbanos: Cultura e Arquitetura (EUCA). Líder do Grupo de Pesquisa Produção e Pesquisa em Arte. Pesquisadora e artista investiga linguagens e tecnologias contemporâneas enquanto modos de percepção do espaço e de construção de narrativas. Possui graduação em Engenharia Civil na Universidade de São Paulo (USP), mestrado e doutorado em Multimeios, Instituto de Artes na Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP), e pós-doutorado no Planetary Collegium, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti NABA, Milão e no Programa de Pós Graduação em Performances Culturais, Universidade Federal de Goiás, Brasil. Vice-Presidente da gestão ANPAP 2025-2026.
