Prolongamentos de uma tese incerta
Keywords:
Research in visual arts, visual poetics, creation processAbstract
The essay that follows brings the experience of the artist in conducting a search in Visual Poetics and emphasizes their methodological choices. The research highlighted the links established during the process of creating artwork, seeking to maintain a close relationship with the textual production, research attribute. Radical in its dialectic, the course generated multiple contamination between theory and practice relying on authors who inaugurated the field of poetics as a philosophy of creation, namely, Paul Valéry and René Passeron. These authors, and others that followed him, showed the possibility of processes and actions, related to artistic practice, find their space among academics and so cause markedly innovative and profitable detours.
