This article aims to explore approximations between the methodological approach of Process Drama, Performance Studies and some problematizations from Queer Theory. The aim of the study is to analyze an artistic-pedagogical practice developed through Process Drama through a theoretical performative lens, seeking to tension social constructions of gender and mobilize stereotyped behaviors. Through studies on Process Drama, Cabral (2006) and Pereira (2015), Performance Studies, Schechner (2012; 2013), Bonatto (2015), Pineau (2013) and Icle (2013), and Queer Theory, Louro (1997) and Preciado (2017; 2020), it is expected to present reflections that can contribute to the field of Performing Arts Pedagogy and to expand artistic-pedagogical practices that think about different childhoods and the relationships between theatre, Performance and Queer Theory.
