This work consists of a combination of an artist's writing and a visual essay, the result of a master's research that interprets the city as a symbolic abode. It proposes the use of the practice of derive as a poetic-metaphorical and methodological activity to establish sensitive connections with the territory and reframe its elements. Drifting involves moving through the environment without a defined route, guided by psychogeographic impulsesthat reveal unconscious memories and perceptions. The records, in this case made through photography, are transformed into a poetic narrative combined with images, resulting in a visual-textual essay.
