Partindo do contexto europeu de promoção da criatividade e inovação na educação, o artigo aborda a arte educação na educação formal e não formal, apelando à responsabilidade social das instituições e dos indivíduos apresentando a educação cultural como uma alternativa para construir lugares de refúgio e de resgate cultural e social. Lugares de aprendizagem plena transdisciplinar e transcultural.Downloads
