Abstract

This article aims to make a theoretical reflection that point approaches and influences of post-structuralist feminism and queer theory in the work of Marcella Althaus-Reid, Argentine theologian who sets out to make a "indecent theology”. Linked to Liberation Theology and Feminist Theology, Althaus-Reid seeks to go further, exposing problems of these theological currents and articulating discussions about gender, sexuality and exclusion in a deconstructive way in relation to identities, gender roles and Christian morality in around sexuality. Recognizing its influences in post-colonial studies, in post-structuralism and queer theory, its “sin ropa interior” theology has as main objectives to propose a reflection that abdicates a supposed sexual neutrality, recognizes the heterosexual normative within the Christian narrative and that emphasizes the ethical role of the theologian in review the heteronormativity role in the marginalization and exclusion of certain subjects within the religious logic.
