Abstract

Starting from a working situation, the ergological approach allows characterizing two levels of approaching a single reality: one that fits the very local and very present, the other one that recalls constantly antecedent norms, on a general level. Distinguishing these two levels (anchoring and referencing) allows finding their dialectics and taking advantage of it in professional training.
