Educação em Belo Horizonte: um movimento aberto à diversidade?

The article analyses the teaching (academic) movement as one of the main demand movements in Belo Horizonte. It points out that, among the progresses achieved by the teacher category in last years, one can find the enlargement of the education conception and the professional preparation and the sensibility to the cultural diversity. These progresses reach a great number of emergent actions in the municipal schools that have been a basic for the construction and enlargement of the Plural School Program Since 1994.
