Abstract

This article presents an ongoing research that aims to investigate the use of BPM in the mapping of processes in organizations, analyzing the evidence found. The methodology adopted is a Systematic Literature Review (RSL), based on an approach used in Software Engineering. It is being conducted in three stages: planning, execution and selection. Here are presented the partial results of the data collection, carried out in the Business Process Management Journal, with the description of a synthesis of the works, organized in categories that were defined a priori, from the inputs obtained in the literature on management by processes.
